A unique challenge, the real life game Vakwerkhuys
Together with TopChange the Smockelaer has developed a unique real-life game, the scaled reconstruction of the Vakwerkhuys (half-timbered house) in our conference location ‘het Vakwerkhuys’. The real-life game combines training themes, in one or more days, to build an authentic Vakwerkhuys on a scale of 1 to 4. Building the Vakwerkhuys takes place in the Vakwerkhuys, so you can see how it should ultimately look. All materials are provided, but the challenge is: jointly build the Vakwerkhuys. This training boils down to leadership and teamwork.
