The luxury B & B rooms are suitable for 2 persons as standard. However, due to the spacious layout of the rooms it is possible to have a 3rd box spring bed placed so that you can stay with 3 people. Start the day well after a relaxing night with a delicious Smockelaer breakfast in our restaurant.

The Flab has spacious bathrooms in the corridor that are shared with the other guests. If you prefer a room with private bathroom, view the rooms of De Poel or Roebelsbos. These rooms are located in the same square farm of De Smockelaer.
